Members are independent practitioners. The Network supplies education, verification, systems and review support. Verify credentials at source and publish a register anyone can check. Run continuing education on Bangladesh income tax and VAT law as it currently stands. Provide a client document portal, practice accounting, and an AI-assisted system for returns, appeals and Tribunal applications. What we do not doআমরা যা করি না
We do not file on a member’s behalf, hold a client’s NBR credentials, or decide that a submission is correct — a named practitioner signs off on everything. We do not employ our members or share in their fees. He is the Network’s founder and chief executive. Tax Advisers’ Network Bangladesh is a separately registered organisation; its incorporation as a limited company is in progress. It is sponsored by Certified Public Accountants and Tax Advisers, Bangladesh (CPA Bangladesh), the professional body whose IFA-endorsed diplomas the founder teaches. Because the founder is himself in practice, the covenant not to approach a member’s clients is written into every membership agreement and published on the membership page rather than buried in it.
